Does Adeline Farms Offer Wedding Planning Services?
Yes, we do offer wedding planning services! Our brilliant in-house event planner Muriel will help you every step of the way!
Can Adeline Farms Plan and Host my Rehearsal Dinner?
Yes! We offer planning services for rehearsal dinners and can host them in our East Courtyard. For special requests reach out to our team.
What is Adeline Farms Venue Capacity?
Our venue can accommodate as few as 25 guests and up to 250 guests. In terms of overnight capacity - our Farmhouse sleeps 16, our glamping tents+ cabins sleep 8, and our camping field can hold approximately 30 tents and 10 RVs.
Is Adeline Farms LGBTQ+ Friendly?
Yes, absolutely! Adeline Farms is proud to an LGBTQ+ owned venue. We believe in inclusivity, diversity, and celebrating love in all its forms. We welcome and embrace couples from the LGBTQ+ community, and our team is dedicated to ensuring that every wedding or event held at our venue is a safe, supportive, and joyous occasion. Can I Bring My Own Alcohol, or Is There a Bar Service Available?
You are welcome to bring your own alcohol as we do not charge corkage fees. Feel free to bring and enjoy your favorite beverages! We do not include alcohol in any of our packages. We also have bartenders on staff available for hire.
Are There Any Nearby Accommodations or Attractions for Out-Of-Town Guests?

What Are The Available Dates for Booking Events?
Our venue offers flexible booking options for various events:
- Weddings: Available on Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. But contact us if you have a special date request.
- Elopements: Available on Thursdays and Mondays ( or weekends with no more than a ten-week lead time).
- Private Parties/Reunions/Memorial Services: Available on Fridays ( or weekends with no more than a ten-week lead time.)
- Multi-Day Retreats/Events: Please contact us directly for availability.
Can I Schedule a Tour of the Venue to See It in Person?

Can I Have Both the Ceremony and Reception at Your Venue?
Absolutely! We have three main event spaces on our property: The Barn, our East Courtyard, and a picturesque location under our 600-year-old tree. To see photos visit our Photo Gallery.
Is There a Backup Plan in Case of Bad Weather for Outdoor Weddings?
Absolutely! We know that the PNW can have unpredictable weather. We have outdoor bench seating we swap out in case of rain for under the tree ceremonies. We have indoor options available for up to 80 guests. Additionally, we have the option to bring in a tent at an additional cost or hold the reception in our beautiful barn. Are There Any Additional Fees or Charges Not Mentioned in the Package?
Please note that taxes are not included in the package price, and gratuity is not included.
Can I Bring In My Own Vendors, or Do You Have a Preferred Vendor List?
You have the freedom to choose your own vendors or select from our curated vendor list. However, for catering, we require licensed caterers who will be present on-site. Unfortunately, potluck or homemade dinners are not permitted.
What Is Your Cancellation and Refund Policy?
In the event of cancellation, the security deposit will be retained. However, we highly encourage rescheduling. For more details, please contact us directly.
Is There a Required Minimum or Maximum Rental Duration?
No, we do not have any specific requirements regarding rental duration. We offer flexibility to accommodate
your event needs.
Do You Have Any Suggestions for Making Our Camping Guests More Comfortable?
Yes! We offer a coffee service for campers at an additional cost. Also, we suggest renting from Royal Restrooms to provide your camping guests with warm water, showers, and running toilets.
Are There Any Noise Restrictions or Curfews to Be Aware Of?
To ensure a pleasant environment for all, we have a curfew of 10 pm on Saturdays and 9 pm on any other day. However, if you rent the Farm House, you can continue the celebration throughout the night. Please note that fireworks are not permitted.
Is There a Designated Area for the Bride and Groom to Get Ready?
Yes, we provide a comfortable room in the barn free of charge. But if the bride and groom choose to lodge with us, our Farm House offers ample room for preparations. Or you can rent out the new Spa at Adeline Farms for an additional fee. Check out our Lodging page for more information.
Is There Parking Available for Guests? What Are the Parking Arrangements?
Parking is conveniently provided on our property for up to 110 vehicles at no additional cost. For larger events, we can assist with shuttle services, and we also have overflow parking available (reach out for availability).
Can You Accommodate Specific Dietary Restrictions or Food Preferences?
We understand the importance of catering to dietary restrictions and preferences. Our preferred caterers are carefully screened to accommodate various food sensitivities.

Yes, we are proud to offer a 10% discount for both active duty members and veterans. At Adeline Farms, we deeply appreciate the service and sacrifice of our military community.
