The Sweetheart Package

Includes:

  • Day of Coordinator: A coordinator will manage vendors, handle decor setup, create a timeline, and assist with guest management.
  • Planning and Floral Design Meetings: Three meetings, each lasting one hour, are included.
  • Ceremony Site: The wedding ceremony takes place at the Herald, our 600-year-old oak tree.
  • Reception Site: The reception is held in the East Courtyard and the 100-year-old Barn.
  • Bridal Suite: The bride gets a dedicated Bridal Suite in the East Tack Room.
  • Welcome Tent and Accent Tables: A tent and accent tables are provided, along with a parking attendant.
  • Golf Cart and Attendant: A golf cart and attendant are available to shuttle guests.
  • Orchestrated Rehearsal: The Day of Coordinator conducts a one-hour rehearsal.
  • Tables, Linens, and Chairs: Tables and chairs are provided for both the ceremony and reception.
  • Buffet Tables: Buffet tables with linens are included.
  • Wood Accent Tables: Various wood accent tables are available for the welcome tent, desserts, gifts, party favors, memorials, and appetizers.
  • Vintage Furniture Setups: Vintage furniture is set up for additional decor and seating options.
  • Black Cocktail Tables and Chairs: Black cocktail tables and chairs, along with wine barrels, are provided.
  • Wood Easels: Multiple wood easels of various sizes are included.
  • Sound Systems: Sound systems with microphones are available for the ceremony, reception, and courtyards.
  • Small Floral Package: A customized floral package is provided by the in-house florist.
  • Fresh Floral Bouquets: Up to five fresh floral bouquets are included.
  • Boutonnieres and Corsages: Up to five boutonnieres and corsages are provided.
  • Use of In-house Artificial Greenery and Tea Lights: Artificial greenery and tea lights are available for use.
  • Lighting: Café string lights are installed over the dining room, with additional light installations on the back wall and five crystal chandeliers over the dance floor.
  • Bar Area: A bar area with a two-tap kegerator, bartenders, and ice is included (alcohol not provided).
  • Decanters: Decanters for beverages are available.
  • Clearing the Dining Room: Assistance is provided in clearing the dining room.
  • Guest Direction: Help is provided in directing guests.
  • Setup and Packing: All items, including gifts, beverages, tables, chairs, decor, floral arrangements, and food (excluding takeout containers), are set up and packed up.
  • Garbage Service: Garbage service is included.

Price: $11,000 Saturday \ $9,500 Sunday

Included Guest Count: 100 guests (add up to an additional 150 guests for $50/per person)

Timing: Venue use Saturday 9:00 am – 10:00 pm and Sunday 9:00 am – 9:00 pm

The Beloved Package

Includes:

  • Everything from The Sweetheart Package
  • DJ services and announcements provided for both the ceremony site and reception sites throughout the duration of the event, from guest arrival until the end of the dance party.
  • Premium linens in the form of Full Drop Shantung Silk for the dining tables, adding an elegant touch to the setup.
  • A Medium Floral Package offered by the in-house floral design team, featuring fresh floral arrangements.
  • Additional bouquets, totaling nine in all (an increase of four from the standard package).
  • Additional boutonnieres and/or corsages, totaling nine each (an increase of four from the standard package).
  • Two medium-sized floral barrel toppers, incorporating flowers and/or greenery as desired.
  • Dining table centerpieces or faux garland options for further decoration.
  • Inclusive provision of tapered, pillar, and tea light candles, with the choice of votives.
  • Non-alcoholic beverages available, including Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Ginger Ale, and La Croix.
  • Refreshing decanted lemonade provided for guests.
  • Decanted water and water cups available for hydration.
  • Dessert set up using in-house platers and risers (dessert items themselves are not included).
  • Additional staff members to ensure seamless service and assistance throughout the event.

  • Planning Services: Unlimited meetings, texts, calls, zoom sessions, and emails are provided, acting as your dedicated wedding therapist and designer. The team manages vendor questions and guides you through all the intricacies of planning a wedding, ensuring it is tailored to your specific needs.
  • Welcoming tent equipped with water, lemonade, and cups to greet and refresh your guests upon arrival.
  • Second bridal suite to accommodate the entire bridal party, providing ample space for getting ready.
  • Cloth napkins and charges included for elegant table settings.
  • Large Floral Package designed by the in-house floral team, featuring fresh floral arrangements.
  • Additional floral barrel toppers, totaling four in all (an increase of two from the standard package).
  • Large garland or arrangements placed over the head table, creating a focal point.
  • Head table large centerpiece to enhance the overall table setting.
  • Floral decorations for the ceremony aisle, adding a touch of beauty to the processional path.
